I’m almost 100% sure that fall is my favorite season to style. Still warm enough to want to look cute but cold enough for layers. You know what I mean? I feel like summer temps are so hot that all I want to wear is a tank top and shorts, then winter is so damn cold all I want to wear is a parka and snow boots; but fall is just perfect. Hats are big, especially when I’m on my 4th day of dry shampoo. They add so much character to your outfit. Hats take jeans and a tee from an average 4/5 to a damn girl, you look put together 10.
OTK boots are a must have in your fall wardrobe, and these- I’d take in every color. They are the perfect chunky heel and can be dressed up for a night out but are also comfy enough for me to wear while chasing my kiddies around. This chestnut color is super neutral and can be paired with just about anything so yes, the price tag is a bit up there but it is a very versatile piece that can be worn all the time.
Like I said before hats pull everything together, but a blazer dress is a total boss babe trend. It almost makes me want to snag a job in NYC so I can dress like this every single day! But, if you put both together total Boss B*tch Movement. Everything about this look made me feel like 100% that b*tch- now I know how Lizzo felt, lol!
YOU NEED THIS COAT. Perfect shade of tan. It is also not too heavy and its great for layering, which is a favorite look of mine in the fall because lets face it at 8am its 40 degrees and by 2pm is 65! Its great to be able to shed layers as the temperatures warm up. Although I’m a big fan of the Boss B*itch movement, this look is more of an every day Mom Boss movement in my books lol. Sneakers, sweats & a tee are always a go to because of comfort but don’t forget ladies always make it fashion.
This snake skin dress is actually a repurposed piece that I bought from Liiraven. If you don’t follow her you are seriously missing out. She is #momgoals for sure. I paired it with a black turtle neck and some booties from guess where?! Steve Madden, the shoe God. They are definitely one of my go-tos for shoes they are on it and I always snag a good deal at Macy’s. Prints have been huge all year long and they are always a statement.
Anyway, I’ll wrap this up here- dinner is calling! See you next week!
